We always recommend calling at least two weeks in advance whenever possible. We'll do whatever we can to accommodate last minute requests, but for peak times of the year, calling as far in advance as you possibly can is a smart thing to do to ensure the highest availability of our vehicles and chauffeurs.

Most of our vehicles can comfortably hold 16 to 25 guests, and we also feature some larger buses with extra features and amenities that can hold 30, 35, or even 40 passengers! (Please call for availability.) If your party is larger than that, you're always more than welcome to rent multiple vehicles.

If there is alcohol on board, your guests must all be 21+. If you don't stock the bar with alcohol, you're more than welcome to invite guests of all ages.

In order to keep our party buses smelling fresh and clean, we do not allow smoking.

We get many requests for Chicago trips in particular, but as of the current time, we do not travel outside of the state of Michigan.

Once you have put your deposit down or paid in full, you will not be allowed to cancel. You also cannot change the date of your reservation. Depending on availability, you might be able to upgrade/downgrade your vehicle or move the time earlier/later.

The most frequent cities that we visit are listed on our Service Area page, but we can often make exceptions if there is somewhere a bit out of that area that you want to travel to. There may be a surcharge for traveling more than 50 miles outside of our service area. Please call for details.

You can reach us by phone or email 24 hours a day every day of the week. Our hours are the same for party bus rentals. The only limitation to our availability is if we're already booked, so call early!
